Fennaro helps dog owners find nearby playmates for their dog. You create a profile for your dog, browse dogs matched by size and temperament, and when two owners both like, you can message each other and arrange to meet.

You are solely responsible for following the law where you live, including any permits, leash rules, muzzle rules, and breed-specific rules that apply to your dog.

Fennaro is a platform that connects owners. We do not verify dogs, owners, temperament, vaccination, or behaviour, and we are not a party to any meetup you arrange.

Meetups happen at your own risk. Any safety or socialization content in the app or on this site is informational only and is not veterinary, legal, or professional advice.

Keep your dog's profile accurate. Treat other owners with respect. Do not harass, threaten, or deceive other users, and do not use Fennaro for anything unlawful.

Messaging is only available between dogs that have matched, so please keep conversations wanted and appropriate.

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without your permission.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give Fennaro permission to show that content inside the app so the service can work.

We may review, moderate, or remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can report and block other users at any time.

If you submit a Fennaro review, you permit us to publish your rating, original comment, chosen first name or the label Fennaro member, comment language, and publication month in the app and on fennaro.com. We moderate comments for safety, never to hide a low score. Your first eligible review may earn 10 in-app points, with the same reward for every star rating.

You may edit or delete your review at any time. Deletion removes it from the app immediately and from the static website, Cloudflare preview copies, publication artifacts, and caches within 24 hours. Points already earned remain and cannot be earned again.

Your exact location is never stored or shown. Matching uses a coarse, fuzzed point only. The Privacy Policy explains in full what we handle and the rights you have.

Fennaro is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other users, for meetups you choose to attend, or for content shared by users.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

We may update these terms as the service grows. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or on this site before it takes effect.
