Delete your account

Open Fennaro and go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This starts the deletion straight away and does not need any help from us.

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify that the request really comes from you before we act, so please write from your account email. Use the button below to start.

Deleting your account removes your dog profiles, photos, matches, likes, and messages from the service.

We keep a limited set of records for legal and safety reasons, such as moderation or incident evidence, under a legal hold for a limited period, and then delete them. The Privacy Policy explains our retention in full.

Deletion completes within 30 days of your request. Copies in routine backups cycle out shortly after that.
